The terms “you,” “your,” or the “customer” refer to any individual using the Website, the services of CarACRepairDubai.com, or any registered customer of CarACRepairDubai.com. Our country of domicile is the United Arab Emirates, and we do not trade with or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. If you are a minor or under the age of 18, you are not allowed to register as a User or transact on the website. As the Cardholder, it is your responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and adhere to Merchant policies and rules. Additionally, you, as the User, are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Vehicle Servicing Term

All our online service packages are exclusively based on service and labor charges, and do not encompass any parts cost. The parts cost will be additional and will be mutually agreed upon and paid in full by the customer upon completion of the service, but before the vehicle delivery.

Delivery and Collection

Our complimentary delivery and collection service is provided by either Car AC Repair or one of our authorized service agents. This service allows us to collect and deliver your vehicle for free when you purchase any service package online. Upon placing the booking, our driver will arrive at the designated location you provided, and they will conduct an on-site inspection and damage report. Once the inspection is complete, you will be required to sign and confirm the report. We will then send this report to you via email and SMS using the contact information you provided during registration on CarACRepairDubai.com.

Please ensure that you remove all your valuables and belongings from the vehicle before handing it over to our driver. We do not take any liability for any missing items. Please note that your vehicle may go through multiple departments, including a third-party workshop. While we trust our workshops, we cannot accept responsibility for any missing items.

Please be aware that pick-up and delivery charges may apply, and these charges are based on the pick-up and drop-off locations. If the services or repair jobs are canceled by the customer after the vehicle has been collected from the customer’s location, the applicable pick-up and delivery charges will still be in effect.

Payment Options

Payment must be made online to secure your booking, utilizing our secure payment gateway. At the time of booking, you will be charged only for the service package. It is important to note that our service packages do not include parts, and these will incur an additional cost. After the free vehicle health check has been conducted, we will provide you with the pricing for the required parts and any additional work that your car may need.

While the service parts must be paid for, any extra work is entirely optional. You are also free to have your vehicle repaired elsewhere if you prefer. We accept Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED, SAR, OMR & QAR for payment.

Upon completing the payment, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receiving the payment.

Auto Parts

When booking for parts, you have two options:

Option one allows you to supply your own parts. If you choose this option, please ensure that you leave the parts in the vehicle on the day of the service. It is essential to note that with option one, we cannot provide any warranty or guarantee for the parts you supply. However, we will still offer a labor warranty for any service or repair work we carry out on your vehicle.

On the other hand, option two allows you to purchase your parts directly from Car AC Repair Dubai. We offer both Genuine parts and aftermarket parts based on your affordability and budget. While we recommend installing genuine parts as per the manufacturers’ recommendations, we ensure that all our parts come with a twelve-month or 10000 KM warranty/guarantee against defective products. Our sourced parts are of the highest quality and offered at the most competitive prices.

Please keep in mind that any special order parts will require payment in advance. Once the parts are ordered from the suppliers, the order becomes non-refundable. Additionally, the shipment of special order parts may experience delays due to third-party logistics. Rest assured, we will notify you promptly once the parts arrive.

The parts warranty provided by CarACRepairDubai covers only manufacturing defects, and it does not extend to cover wear and tear of components under the warranty policy.

  • To avail the warranty certificate, customers must complete the services and make the required payments.
  • The warranty certificate will specify the start and end date of the warranty period.
  • Please note that any electrical component failure is not included in the warranty coverage.
  • Warranty coverage will be void if any alterations, such as part uninstalls, reinstalls, or damages, are observed in the jobs/repairs carried out by CarACRepairDubai.
  • CarACRepairDubai will not be responsible for any consequential damages to the parts installed if the vehicle remains stranded in the workshop for more than 30 days.
  • For all warranty claims, the affected parts will be uninstalled and reviewed by our technical team. The vehicle delivery timeline will depend on the availability of replacement parts and the progress of repairs.
  • CarACRepairDubai will be liable solely for the collection and delivery of the vehicle under warranty claims. We will not provide Courtesy Cars or Rental Cars during this period.
  • Initial diagnosing and recovery charges will be applicable to all returning/complaint vehicles, regardless of the warranty policy. However, if the concerns are related to previous jobs/repairs performed by CarACRepairDubai, these charges will be waived off.

Please be aware that used parts and parts sourced by the customer will not fall under the scope of warranty coverage provided by CarACRepairDubai.

Laws and Jurisdiction

Every service contract with us shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.

Access and Use

Access and use of this website are strictly limited to your personal, non-commercial purposes. This means that only private individuals may directly access and use this website. Any use of this website for purposes other than personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Specifically, you are not allowed to use this website in any unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial manner. Refund and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are only permissible if requested before seven days from the scheduled service date. However, any cancellation made within seven days leading up to the service date will not be eligible for a refund. To initiate a cancellation and refund request, kindly send an email to info@caracrepairdubai.com, with the subject field as “Refund and Cancellation,” and provide your name and vehicle registration details in the email. For instance, you can use the following format: “REFUND AND CANCELLATION – Abram – V 76539.”

Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used for the transaction. The processing time for refunds will vary, ranging from 10 to 45 days, depending on the policies of the credit card issuer.

Please note that promotional offers are non-refundable and will not be eligible for any reimbursement.


All prices listed online and in quotations are exclusive of the government VAT at a rate of 5%, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The VAT will be added to the final invoice.
